The retreat takes place in Le Marche, a stunningly beautiful and very unspoilt part of Italy, often referred to as ‘Italy’s best kept secret’. Situated half way down the peninsular, it is the calf of Italy’s boot, and is bordered by the Adriatic Sea with its miles of golden sands on one side and the mystical Sibillini mountains on the other. In the middle are endless vistas of big rolling hills, almost each one topped with time trapped hill villages, encircled by Medieval walls sheltering narrow cobblestone streets. Penna San Giovanni (nearest village to the retreat) is a perfect example of one of these and in addition to shops and a restaurant/pizzeria has the most exquisite little theatre, like a mini La Scala Milan.
Accommodation and yoga sessions will be at Tre Querce. An Agriturismo is usually a farmhouse (in this case several farmhouses) that have been converted to provide guest accommodation with the majority of the largely organic food and wine produced on the premises.
Rooms include a garden view, and private bathroom with free toiletries. They have simple furnishings with tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. There is plenty of outdoor seating spread around the property, two pools with loungers where you can sunbathe, rest and relax. Guests can also enjoy taking long walks through the vineyards and orchards.

Dee's (Cordelia) passion for yoga first began aged 14 when she took Ashtanga classes with her mother. She went on to become a professional dancer and then a fitness instructor but yoga always called to her. She began her initial 50hr training in 2018 in London with Urban Avatars and then finally she took a leap of faith and flew to India to deepen her studies with a 200hr Vinyasa flow and Astanga TTC. This year she has added 50hr advanced Indian philosophy and 30hr advanced prãnãyãma training to her ever growing fountain of knowledge as her belief is she will forever be a student.
Cordelia uses the practice as a tool to personally evolve and expand, first hand witnessing remarkable healing in not only her physical but mental wellbeing. She believes Yoga has shown her the importance of finding balance and harmony as a mother to 4, a wife, friend, and woman whilst living her urban life. Her experience as a women who has carried, birthed and continues to raise four children has also given her a vast and deep nutritional understanding as she herself has experienced dramatic weight and hormone fluctuation.
She now feels its her true purpose and calling is to share her knowledge and experiences with anyone who is willing and open to listen.
You will feel safe and guided by Dee's naturally warm and nurturing energy allowing yourself to let go and release.
Yoga, meditation and prãnãyãma sessions will be held by Cordelia.

Anita, yoga and meditation sound healing teacher.
She suffered from anxiety and deteriorating mental health for a few years which encouraged to her to explore mindfulness, the world of yoga and what it may offer..
Her curiosity then led her to travel to India where she achieved her 200hr yoga teacher training qualification (and she met Dee!). Since then, yoga has not only helped her change aesthetically, but also made her feel more sympathetic, emotionally aware and mentally strong.
She can say that it has really changed her as a person, in fact changed her outlook on life completely. She has learnt such a lot from yoga and now feels a strong desire to share her experiences and teaching knowledge with us all.
Dee and Anita instantly connected in India on their training, as they found they were like minded souls when all they found themselves doing when they were together was rolling around laughing, mainly at themselves! They have bonded a true friendship that has continued to flourish. This is why when Anita joined Dee as a Karma yogi on her first Italy retreat in September 2020 the chemistry was hard to miss..
