The retreat takes place in Le Marche, a stunningly beautiful and very unspoilt part of Italy, often referred to as ‘Italy’s best kept secret’. Situated half way down the peninsular, it is the calf of Italy’s boot, and is bordered by the Adriatic Sea with its miles of golden sands on one side and the mystical Sibillini mountains on the other. In the middle are endless vistas of big rolling hills, almost each one topped with time trapped hill villages, encircled by Medieval walls sheltering narrow cobblestone streets. Penna San Giovanni (nearest village to the retreat) is a perfect example of one of these and in addition to shops and a restaurant/pizzeria has the most exquisite little theatre, like a mini La Scala Milan.
Dee's (Cordelia) passion for yoga first began aged 14 when she took Ashtanga classes with her mother. She went on to become a professional dancer and then a fitness instructor but yoga always called to her. She began her initial 50hr training in London with Urban Avatars and then finally she took a leap of faith and flew to India to deepen her studies with a 200hr Vinyasa flow and Astanga TTC. This year she has added 50hr advanced Indian philosophy and 30hr advanced pranayama training to her ever growing fountain of knowledge as her belief is you are forever a student.
Cordelia uses the practice as a tool to personally evolve and expand, first hand witnessing remarkable healing in not only her physical but mental wellbeing. Yoga is a place where she finds true balance and harmony and she feels her purpose is to share her knowledge and experience with anyone who is willing and open to listen. Her experience as a women who has carried, birthed and continues to raise four children has given also given her a vast and deep nutritional understanding as she herself has experienced dramatic weight and hormone fluctuation.
You will feel safe and guided by Dee's naturally warm and nurturing energy allowing yourself to let go and release.

Accommodation and yoga sessions will be at Tre Querce. An Agriturismo is usually a farmhouse (in this case several farmhouses) that have been converted to provide guest accommodation with the majority of the largely organic food and wine produced on the premises.
Rooms include a garden view, and private bathroom with free toiletries. They have simple furnishings with tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. There is plenty of outdoor seating spread around the property, two pools with loungers where you can sunbathe, rest and relax. Guests can also enjoy taking long walks through the vineyards and orchards.

Exploring local towns
Whilst on the retreat we will nourish you with fresh and delicious meals made up of local produce. All vegetables are organic and sourced from the best of what the local and neighbouring towns have to offer. Plentiful, home-cooked menus offering traditional Italian cuisine, vegetarian options available.
