This is the ultimate treat to self! Nurturing both your physical and mental body, taking awareness in. In this time of uncertainty it's important to remember we cannot control external circumstance but we can control our inner environment and how we choose to respond. I will vary this class each month exploring Pranayama techniques to help maintain a calm and clear mind plus deep restorative stretches encouraging emotional release so energy may flow freely and we can approach life with ease... If there is one class you really don't want to miss it is this one.
We find this a really positive way to come together at the start of the new month and collectively set good intentions. My children love this class they find it so relaxing and they always sleep soundly afterwards.

In just 4 weeks I will give you the tools to put together your own 10minute daily basic breath-work practice. You will no longer need to depend on a teacher to guide you through, which is very important as yes a teacher is helpful to begin with but ultimately we are looking to find stillness with as little distraction as possible. Having to follow along to your phone or laptop is not ideal for your long term practice. I will teach you traditional prãnãyãma techniques that I personally use daily and have experienced huge benefits from.....

Over the 4 weeks we will cover:
Standing, seated, inverted and balancing postures.
I will offer you the tools to enable you to honour your body in the basic postures of yoga. Knowing what modifications to take, how and when, will transform your yoga practice
